Due to strict shipping restrictions, we cannot ship live plants to Alaska, California, or Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We accept returns on all unopened, unused non-plant items within 30 days of purchase or shipment when accompanied by an original receipt or packing list.

Because live plants are subject to variable conditions once they leave our store, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund on plant material. For online customers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your plant purchase.
