If your plant doesn’t arrive in its best shape, don’t worry – we’ll make it right. While it’s natural for live plants to show minor signs of stress after shipping, like a few yellow leaves or a little displaced soil, they typically bounce back quickly with a bit of care.

If the wear from transit seems more than just cosmetic, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement plant that meets our high standards (and yours).

Every plant is unique: a living, growing organism that responds to its environment. Minor cosmetic quirks (like a small bend, scar, or leaf variation) are completely natural and part of what makes plants special. Your plant may not look exactly like the ones pictured on our website & we celebrate these differences.

1. Open your package as soon as possible & inspect your plant on arrival. If it appears damaged, wilted, or in poor health, take a few clear photos of the plant and its packaging.

2. Email hello@theoldyew.com with your photos and order number within 7 days.

3. We’ll assess your claim quickly and arrange for a replacement so you can get back to enjoying your greenery.
