The cutest little things, Lithops were mistaken for rocks when originally discovered, hence their name, "living stones." Hailing from southern Africa, Lithops can survive the harshest of conditions, and in turn, will survive with little care indoors. 

Light: Bright, direct light is preferred 

Water: Very infrequent. Water only 2-3 times per year, and do not water when new growth is forming (usually in late winter / early spring).

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping live plants isn’t easy, but we put immense care into packing each plant before it journeys through the mail system. Upon arrival, we recommend removing the packing moss to help acclimate the plant to its new home right away.

Due to strict shipping restrictions, we cannot ship live plants to Alaska, California, or Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

If something doesn’t look right when you open your package,
please let us know and we will take care of it.

Return Policy

We accept returns on all unopened, unused non-plant items within 30 days of purchase or shipment when accompanied by an original receipt or packing list.

Because live plants are subject to variable conditions once they leave our store, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund on plant material. For online customers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your plant purchase.
