Yes! We can help you find your wishlist plants. Send us a note here and we will try our best to find the plant you're looking for. If the plant is available, we may ask for a deposit from you before we special order it.
Shipping live plants isn’t easy, but we put immense care into packing each plant before it journeys through the mail system. We pack our plants with a combination of kraft paper, tissue paper, poly wrap, Spanish moss, and other void fill insulation. Upon arrival, we recommend removing the packing moss to help acclimate the plant to its new home right away.
All packages ship via UPS Ground.
Due to strict shipping restrictions, we cannot ship live plants to the following states:
AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Please allow 3-5 days for order processing. We ship out on Tuesdays to avoid plants being stuck in carrier facilities over the weekend. All orders ship via UPS Ground, which delivers roughly in 1-3 days.
Yes, you can select in-store pickup at checkout.
Yes. Delivery for orders over $100 is free, and for orders under $100, there is a $20 fee.
We deliver to all 5 NYC boroughs, and can deliver to New Jersey and Connecticut.
After you enter your local address at checkout, a delivery option will become available. We are able to accommodate same-day deliveries for orders placed before 4:30pm.
Delivery is to doorstep only. Drivers are not expected to bring your plant inside.
If you would like a white glove delivery service, we can arrange to bring the plant into your home, set it in place, and dispose of the packing materials.
We accept returns on all unopened, unused non-plant items within 14 days of purchase or shipment when accompanied by an original receipt or packing list.
Because live plants are subject to variable conditions once they leave our store, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund on plant material. For online customers, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your plant purchase.
